Can I get a printout of my statement?
No. We are not able to print full sheets of paper from the Video ATM. You can visit a teller inside to get a printout of your statement or call the customer contact center at (765) 654-8731 to request a printout of your statement.
Can I get rolled change?
No. We are not able to dispense a roll of coin from the Video ATM. However, we are able to dispense loose coin.
Will this transaction post right away on my account?
Yes. Transactions made at the Video ATM will process the same as transactions made inside with a teller.
Can you stamp "For Deposit Only" on the checks I'm depositing?
No. We are not able to receive or send physical items to and from the Video ATM.
Am I able to get a copy of the checks I deposit?
Yes. You can request that your printed receipt has copies of the checks you deposit.
Can I process a transaction on a dormant account?
No. Once an account is dormant, you must visit a teller inside so a manager can confirm your identity and process the transaction to the account.
Can I make a principal only loan payment?
No. To make a principal only loan payment, you will need to visit a teller inside, they require special codes for processing correctly to your loan account.
Can you accept loose coin with my deposit?
No. We are not able to accept loose coin in the Video ATM. However, we are able to dispense loose coin.
Can I purchase an Official Check?
No. Official Checks must be purchased inside, we are not able to receive or send physical items to and from the Video ATM.
Can you break down larger bills for smaller bills?
Yes. We can change larger bills for smaller bills, with the exception of 10 & 50 dollar bills.
