The Farmers Bank Announces Promotion of Nick Jennings to AVP Market Leader
The Farmers Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Nick Jennings to Assistant Vice President, Market Leader. This promotion took effect in the fall of 2025 and expands his leadership responsibilities in addition to his current role as Financial Center Director for the Westfield location.

As Market Leader, Nick is responsible for driving growth, profitability, and an integrated business strategy across the Hamilton County market. His role includes strategic leadership, business development, team management and coaching, customer experience oversight, risk and compliance management, and collaboration across departments. In this role, he serves as a key representative of The Farmers Bank within the communities he supports.
“Nick has earned the trust of both our customers and our employees through years of dependable leadership,” said Steve Walter, Senior Vice President of Consumer Banking at The Farmers Bank. “His experience, consistency, and understanding of our culture make him well prepared to take on broader market leadership responsibilities.”
Nick brings five years of banking experience to his new role. Prior to joining The Farmers Bank, he served as Assistant Branch Manager at Old Hickory Credit Union. Since joining The Farmers Bank, he has held several leadership roles, including Assistant Director and Director at the Fishers location, before assuming leadership of the Westfield Financial Center.
A graduate of the University of Southern Indiana with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Nick grew up in Bridgeport, Illinois, and currently resides in Noblesville, Indiana. He is actively involved in the community through his service with A Kid Again, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children with life threatening conditions and their families.
“I’m looking forward to meeting and partnering with Westfield residents and other members of the communities in my market and helping our customers achieve their financial goals,” said Jennings. “I am especially excited about continuing to develop our employees into well rounded bankers who can provide the best possible service to the people we serve.”
Outside of work, Nick enjoys following the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears, playing music, staying active through sports, and spending time outdoors. He lives in Noblesville with his wife, Sydney, and their two dogs, Frank and RizzNick will continue to serve as Financial Center Director for the Westfield location while fulfilling his expanded responsibilities as AVP Market Leader for Hamilton County.
