SMART Online Banking Open House Tonight

Open House Tonight + Quick Tips
We’ve pulled together the most frequently asked questions we have received throughout the day today and have provided those updates below.

Download the New Mobile App
Our previous app (tan background with the orange TFB logo) is no longer operational or being supported. Complete these steps to access the new app.

  • App Store (iPhone/iPad): Visit the App Store and search ‘The Farmers Bank Mobile App’ and then click on ‘Update’ to install our new app (a white icon with orange TFB logo). You may also need to delete the old app and then ‘install’ the new app if you are having issues connecting.
  • Google Play (Android): Visit the Play Store and search ‘The Farmers Bank Mobile’ and then click on ‘Install’ to download our new app (a white icon with orange TFB logo). You will need to delete the old app before downloading the new app.

Logging In
Use the same Login ID and password you used previously.

On your first login, you will be prompted to change your password. Just follow the on-screen prompts. Please note: a secure access code is going to be sent to your choice of email address or phone number that can receive a message. This is a temporary, one-time code that you will need to type on the login screen the first time you log in.

Once you’ve gained access to the dashboard you will also now have the option to update your log in ID in settings, but this can only be accomplished once you’ve fully logged in.

Staff will be available at your Financial Center from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm on Monday, September 29 to assist you with SMART Online Banking questions.

You can visit a financial center in-person or call the number below if you need help logging in or have questions about a new feature. Please note banking services and appointments will not be available during this time.

  • Contact Us by Phone: call 765-654-8731; Monday 09/29 Only – 9:00 am – 7:00 pm.
  • Send an Email: You can email us your question at contactus@thefarmersbank.com.
  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ): we have compiled a list of frequently asked about SMART Online Banking. To view the website page, click here.
  • After Hours: For questions that come up after 7:00 pm this evening, please use the self-service options available on the dashboard. You are also welcome to send an email and a TFB Staff member will get back to you when the bank re-opens on Tuesday.
