Online/App Banking Upgrade Well Underway
The process is now well underway. We are working quickly to move our customers – individuals and businesses – to our brand new SMART Online Banking Dashboard.
Here is some additional information for you as we get ready to roll out a new online dashboard and mobile app on September 29. Our goal is to keep you updated so you feel confident about what is coming.
View-Only Access Available
From 5:00 pm, Friday, September 26, through approximately 10:00 am of Monday, September 29, Online Banking and our mobile app will be in view-only mode, and at times experience limited or no availability.
Need Assistance
When services are restored on Monday, September 29, we will be standing by ready to assist you with any question you need answered. Here are a couple of options:
- SMART Online Banking Open House: Staff will be available at your Financial Center from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm on Monday, September 29 to assist you with SMART Online Banking questions. You can visit a financial center in-person or call the number above if you need help logging in or have questions about a new feature. Please note banking services and appointments will not be available during this time.
