Online/App Banking Upgrade Begins Today
The Farmers Bank will officially begin the process of moving our customers – individuals and businesses – to our brand new SMART Online Banking Dashboard tonight.
Here is some additional information for you as we get ready to roll out a new online dashboard and mobile app on September 29. Our goal is to keep you updated so you feel confident about what is coming.
Bill Pay Availability
The bill pay feature is no longer available until the new dashboard is available on Monday. The payee information you had provided previously will be migrated over to the new dashboard.
Payments currently scheduled or in progress will continue to be processed behind the scenes. Of course, we encourage you to double check your payee information when processing your first payment on the new dashboard.
Mobile Deposit Available Until 3:00 pm Friday
As a part of our upcoming SMART Online Banking launch, Mobile Deposits will only be available until 3:00 pm on Friday, September 25. After 3:00 pm, you can visit a Financial Center to make your deposit or wait until the new SMART Online Banking dashboard goes live on Monday, September 29. We encourage you to plan ahead and make any necessary deposits before tomorrow’s deadline to avoid delays.

When services are restored on Monday, September 29, we will be standing by ready to assist you with any question you need answered. Here are a couple of options
- Contact Us by Phone: call 765-654-8731; Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm; Saturday 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.
- Send an Email: You can email us your question at contactus@thefarmersbank.com.
- SMART Online Banking Open House: Staff will be available at your Financial Center from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm on Monday, September 29 to assist you with SMART Online Banking questions. You can visit a financial center in-person or call the number above if you need help logging in or have questions about a new feature. Please note banking services and appointments will not be available during this time.
