New SMART Online Banking Dashboard and Mobile App Launching Later this Month
A new, integrated, all-in-one online destination and app to manage your accounts.

We have been listening and we are excited to announce that a brand-new way to bank is almost here. At the end of September, we are launching SMART Online Banking, our most powerful, flexible, and secure digital banking experience yet.

SMART stands for Secure, Mobile, Adaptive, Reliable, and Tailored, and that is exactly what you can expect: a dashboard designed around you.

What You Need to Know Today
To prepare for this upgrade, we will be migrating your account information to the new system:

  • View-Only Mode: From 5:00 pm, Friday, September 26, through approximately 10:00 am of Monday, September 29, Online Banking and our mobile app will be in view-only mode, and at times experience limited or no availability.
  • Bill Pay Availability: Beginning at 8:00 pm, Thursday, September 25, the bill pay feature will not be available until the new dashboard is available on Monday.
  • What You Can Still Do: You can check your balances, use your debit card, write checks, and visit any Farmers Bank location for in-person service.
  • What You Cannot Do: Transfers between accounts, pay bills, or changes to your account will be temporarily unavailable during this time.
  • What Happens Next: At approximately 10:00 am on Monday, September 29, you will receive instructions from us on how to log in to SMART Online Banking and download our new mobile app. (The current app will no longer be available.)

We know that uninterrupted access to your accounts is essential for running your business. SMART Online Banking includes a streamlined Business Dashboard designed with business owners in mind. You will be able to view accounts, approve transactions, and manage cash flow more efficiently from one central location. Our new tools are built to help you save time, stay organized, and keep your business moving forward. Business Customers, you will see a few updates specific to your needs coming from the bank and from staff in our Treasury Management Department as we get closer to the roll out date of our new online dashboard.

No Action Needed Today
This is your early notice to plan ahead for the September 25–29 maintenance window. We will continue to share updates and even talk about some more of the enhancements to help you get ready, so your transition is as smooth as possible.
