The Farmers Bank Expands Hamilton County Footprint with Construction of Second Noblesville Location

NOBLESVILLE, INDIANA – The Farmers Bank officially broke ground Tuesday afternoon, July 8, on its newest location at the corner of State Road 32 and Hazel Dell Road in Noblesville. The event was joined by Noblesville Mayor Chris Jensen, local elected officials, community members, and The Farmers Bank Board of Directors, including The Farmers Bank Board Chairperson Barbara A. Cutillo. The Midland Pointe Financial Center will be the bank’s 12th full-service location and second in Noblesville, marking its first new construction project since the opening of the Westfield Financial Center in December 2023.
“We couldn’t be more excited for The Farmers Bank, the City of Noblesville, and the residents this new location will serve for generations to come,” said Daniel Taylor, Vice President at Alderson Commercial Group, the firm selected to lead construction. “With 149 years of community banking expertise, The Farmers Bank brings a client-first approach that aligns perfectly with Noblesville’s values. Alderson is proud to partner with the bank to bring this vision to life.”
The 2,866-square-foot, single-story building will feature four offices, a small conference room, a wellness room, a breakroom, and a modern ITM drive-thru. Designed with both service and convenience in mind, the new location will offer in-person banking services, video ATMs, and virtual banking tools—providing customers with modern options and trusted, relationship-driven support.
The new facility will also feature Indiana’s second Smartflower—a dynamic solar-powered energy system that adjusts to track the sun and supports the building’s energy needs. Like the Smartflower at the Westfield location, it will serve as a hands-on learning opportunity for local students while reinforcing The Farmers Bank’s commitment to innovation and sustainability.
Chris Cook, President and CEO of The Farmers Bank, shared, “We have been part of the Hamilton County community since 1991. This will be our second location in Noblesville and our sixth location in Hamilton County. It is a testament to the growth happening in these communities and that our customers, who have long been residents of Hamilton County, are excited to see us expand our footprint in the communities they call home.”
Construction will begin this week and is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2026. The project is expected to add four new full-time positions to the local workforce and represents a continued investment in the people and businesses of Central Indiana.
