The Farmers Bank Becomes Naming Rights Partner for Card & Associate’s Hickory Junction Multi-Sport Fieldhouse in Lebanon

Andy Card, Card & Associates founder is thrilled to welcome The Farmers Bank as the title partner to Hickory Junction multi-sport fieldhouse. The Farmers Bank Fieldhouse at Hickory Junction is set to debut in February.

The Farmers Bank’s commitment to the communities it serves have paved an impressive pathway to this partnership. The Farmers Bank Chief Executive Officer and President Christopher Cook notes, “We have a proud tradition of investing in the communities we serve, and making them better places to live, work and play. We are proud to be able to partner with Card & Associates in their investment in the Lebanon community.” He continues, “As part of the Lebanon community for more than two decades, we look forward to The Farmers Bank Fieldhouse both becoming a gathering place for our community members and positively impacting the local economy.”

The Farmers Bank, established in 1876, is locally owned and operated, with 12 locations in Central Indiana providing retail, business, trust and asset management, investment, mortgage and electronic banking services. Their Lebanon office is located at 2304 N Lebanon St., just south of Kroger, and offers a full suite of banking products and services.

“Together, The Farmers Bank and the Card & Associates team will make a tremendous impact in Lebanon and throughout Central Indiana. We are ready to welcome The Farmers Bank customers and team,” said Andy Card, Card & Associates.

Mayor Matt Gentry and Andy Card announced the Hickory Junction campus just 15 months ago. As the campus anchor, the 12-acre multi-sport facility encompasses 200,000 square feet under roof that includes eight basketball courts, twelve pickleball courts, one turf field and pitching and hitting tunnels. Located at 505 S SR 39 in Lebanon, basketball, pickleball, soccer, football and baseball and softball will be offered. The facility offers significant tenant space with tenants currently being secured. Additional campus developments include a residential community containing luxury apartments with first-class amenities under nationally renowned developer Bel Canto.

Card & Associates portfolio includes the Pacers Athletic Center in Westfield, Mojo Up Fieldhouse in Noblesville and Community Sports and Wellness Center in Pendleton. The Farmers Bank Fieldhouse will be completed in February 2024. The Mishawaka Fieldhouse is currently under construction with completion in late 2024. Each site is maximized with complementary tenants, major partners and solid tournament and league relationships. With each of these locations, additional economic development occurs rapidly adding to the overall positive impact for the city, its residents and nearby businesses.
