The Farmers Bank Announces Ed Sahm
Elected To the Board of Directors
Frankfort, IN — The Farmers Bank is pleased to announce that Ed Sahm has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors.
Ed Sahm opened the original Sahm’s Restaurant in May of 1986 along with Sahm’s Catering. Sahm’s Catering has been listed in the top ten Indianapolis area caterers since 1992. Sahm’s famous sour cream coffee cake, created in 1990, is shipped all over the country.
Sahm is a current board member of Allisonville Youth Baseball and Softball, and the Megan Ott Foundation. Ed is Past President, Board of Directors Catholic Youth Organization, Past President of AYBS, Allisonville Youth Baseball and Softball for 8 years, served on Town of Fishers Advisory Council 1990-1993, Chairman of Sahm’s Charity Golf Outing for 20 years, and coached over 50 youth teams. He received the Key to the Town of Fishers in 1993, received the outstanding service award from Cathedral High School in 1993, and was the Monsignor Albert Busald Award Winner CYO in 2006. Ed has three children, Eddie, Adrienne, and Molly and resides in Fishers, Indiana.
