The Farmers Bank Promotes Cindy L. Swope
Frankfort, IN – Cindy L. Swope has been promoted to Vice President/Director of Human Resources effective June 12, 2012. Swope has been employed by The Farmers Bank for 22 years. She began her career in the operations area. In 1999, she moved to the human resources department. Cindy is a graduate of Clinton Central High School and Indiana University in Kokomo. She completed Human Resources training at the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin. She serves as a board member for United Way of Clinton County, is a member of Zonta and attends the First Christian Church where she plays in the bell choir. Cindy is married to Bob and has two children; Ryan and Rayna.
