The Farmers Bank’s Chad Kozuch Leading the Future of Banking

Frankfort, IN — Chad Kozuch was honored as a recent graduate of the Indiana Bankers Association inaugural Leadership Development Program held at the Wooded Glen Retreat and Conference Center in Henryville, Indiana. IBA introduced the Leadership Development Program to prepare Indiana bankers for the future, not only for the benefit of individuals and their banks, but also for the industry as a whole. The program develops individuals into heightened leadership ability, equipped with sharpened skills in public speaking, relationship-building, decision-making, and change management.

This inaugural year 14 members of the Indiana banking community completed the programming. These professionals met four times during an eight-month span for intense, multi-day sessions. Each session consisted of learning exercises that build upon prior lessons learned.
