NSF paid item or NSF return item fee applies to overdrafts created by check, in-person withdrawal, ATM withdrawal or other electronic means. Negative account balances must be cleared on your account at least once in each 30 day period. The bank will normally pay overdrafts within the overdraft privilege limits, however payment is a discretionary courtesy, not a right or obligation and may cease at anytime without prior notice or cause. Generally, the bank will not pay items into overdraft if:
- the resulting overdraft would exceed your established limit.
- you are suject to any legal or administrative order or levy.
