Q: Can I access IBanc from home?

A: This is Internet access, so anywhere you access the Internet you can access IBanc.


Q: How much does IBanc cost?

A: IBanc is FREE.


Q: May I pay bills from my account?

A: Yes. You can sign up for our Online Bill Payment Option and it is FREE.


Q: How do I access my account information?

A: Log on to www.thefarmersbank.com, link in the top left corner.


Q: Is my account secure from hackers?

A: We have installed the most secure system available. We do have an internal firewall that is monitored 24 hours a day.


Q: Can anybody access this information?

A: Anyone can access their own accounts. You must have an account with The Farmers Bank.


Q: I am not a computer type person and I don’t like it. How can I benefit?

A: IBanc is easy to learn and easy to use. We will work with you every step of the way.


Q: Is it easy to use and understand if I am not computer literate?

A: IBanc is easy to learn and easy to use. We will work with you every step of the way.


Q: With IBanc be available in Spanish?

A: No. Not at this time.


Q: If my checks are imaged, may I view them on-line with IBanc?

A: Yes. Simply point and click.


Q: Where may I sign up for IBanc?

A: You can sign up for IBanc at your nearest Farmers Bank location.


Q: What does the access ID # mean?

A: Your access ID # is your account number.


Q: Do you have cards with your Internet address on them, to give out?

A: Coming soon.


Q: Can everyone see my account information?

A: No. Only authorized signers on the account can see your account information.


Q: Do I have to load any software on my computer?

A: No. You only need to have Internet access. All that is needed is a browser such as Internet Explorer.


Q: Can past statements be viewed and printed? How far back can I look?

A: Yes. You can view and print past statements for up to 60 days.
