Annual Meeting
The annual meeting of the shareholders of The Farmers Bancorp will be held Thursday, October 14, 2010, at 2 p.m. in the auditorium of the main office, 9 East Clinton Street, Frankfort, Indiana 46041-0129. A formal notice of this meeting, together with a proxy statement, is mailed to shareholders.
