The Farmers Bank Shreds 31,120 lbs. of Paper During FREE Community Shred Days
Frankfort, IN — The Farmers Bank hosted FREE Community Shred Days at four of their office locations in April and May, 2012. The event is held annually and very well received by the community. All documents were shredded on-site by All Shred Document Solutions. Participants were able to watch their documents be destroyed and leave with peace of mind, knowing their personal information will not get into the wrong hands. 100% of the paper shredded was recycled.
Karen I. Miller, The Farmers Bank President and CEO, states, “The Farmers Bank’s Annual Free Community Shred Days provide a great opportunity for everyone to do three great things at once. You can protect the environment, protect your privacy, and add room to your home by getting rid of all those documents."
This year a total of 31,120 lbs. of paper was shredded (approximately 265 trees).
